Leadership Coaching focuses on guiding individuals or teams to stretch, grow and discover skills and strengths to achieve short and long term organizational goals. Coaching may occur within a group or a one to one setting depending upon the business objective.
Areas of focus may include:
- Establishing Priorities
- Enhancing Collaboration with an individual or a team
- Improving Communication
- Pro-Actively Identifying and Mitigating Risks
You may ask yourself:
- What challenges and risks do we have due to lack of or poor communication?
- How does my leadership behavior impact others?
- How can we develop better collaboration and teamwork to deliver outstanding service?
Having been given a management position at a young age, I would have loved to have had someone like Charlotte to help guide me through that transition. But fast forward, and I have her guidance/mentorship now, and I could not be more thankful. She has a wonderful way of providing resources and tools right when I need them most. She verbally affirms my growth and helps me to see that I am doing the right things to push myself forward, but doesn’t forget to mention the blind spots so I can be more effective. She is so pleasant to work with, she is motivating, and you can tell she genuinely wants success for anyone she works with… as well as those people that are affected by the coaching she provides (i.e. my team members and coworkers). The perspective she provides has been wonderful and she has truly helped transform me into the type of professional leader I want to be.”
